Business Analyst

You’ll collaborate with multiple functions — operations, product, engineering, and customers — to drive continuous improvement and digital transformation.This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems with data, understands supply chain and manufacturing workflows, and is eager to contribute to the growth journey of a startup.Key Responsibilities1. Business Understanding & Process Mapping- Partner with stakeholders to understand core operational processes, dependencies, and bottlenecks.- Map and document “As-Is” and “To-Be” workflows across logistics, SCM, and manufacturing functions.- Identify automation and digitization opportunities that can enhance speed, visibility, and accuracy.2. Data Analysis & Insight Generation- Gather, clean, and analyze datasets from multiple systems to identify trends, inefficiencies, and performance drivers.- Build and maintain BI dashboards (Power BI / Tableau) and reports to track KPIs across operations, customer delivery, and cost optimization.- Present insights that guide business decisions — from process redesign to product enhancements.3. Requirement Gathering & Solution Design- Work with cross-functional teams to define business needs and translate them into clear, structured requirements for development.- Draft BRDs, FRDs, and user stories that reflect measurable outcomes.- Collaborate with product and tech teams during UAT and deployment to ensure solutions align with expectations.- Design and Deliver Solutions to customers with strong support and lead Change Management with Customer Support Teams at the customer's end.4. ERP & System Enablement- Support ERP or related platform implementations by aligning configurations with process logic.- Validate data accuracy, process flows, and system usability through real-time testing and feedback loops.5.
