Job Description: Warehouse Incharge

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, stock control, and order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, deliveries, and shipments.
  • Ensure the warehouse operates efficiently and complies with safety regulations.
  • Plan and coordinate logistics to optimize storage space and streamline processes.
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
  • Conduct routine inspections to maintain cleanliness, organization, and equipment functionality.
  • Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast inventory requirements.
  • Monitor and reduce inventory discrepancies and wastage.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience (2-3 years) in warehouse management or logistics.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and tools.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in warehouse operations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
