Manager – Exports #Proven experience (4–6 years) in exports within an FMCG/ayurvedic/nutraceuticals company (mandatory). As part of a legacy FMCG brand with a global footprint, you’ll have the opportunity to scale our exports business, build strong international partnerships, and leave your mark on one of India’s fastest-growing categories. We’re looking for a driven, forward-thinking professional who thrives in high-growth environments and is ready to unlock new global markets for our brand. Own the end-to-end exports lifecycle – from lead generation, client negotiations, and compliance to shipment execution. Partner cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and planning teams to ensure smooth, timely delivery of shipments. Keep a pulse on international FMCG market trends and identify opportunities for growth. Represent the company in international trade shows and exhibitions to showcase our products and heritage. Ensure adherence to global trade and regulatory requirements. Be proactive in addressing customer needs, solving challenges, and turning them into growth opportunities. Proven experience (4–6 years) in exports within an FMCG/ayurvedic/nuetracutical company (mandatory). Hands-on experience in handling export operations, client management, and regulatory compliance. MBA or equivalent degree preferred. Tech-savvy and comfortable working with modern tools for data, reporting, and client communication. Opportunity to shape and scale a global FMCG exports business .
