The Center will focus on developing new capabilities in data science, data analytics, eCommerce, automation, cloud computing, and information security to accelerate the company’s rapid growth and influence how we reach the guest and, more importantly, how the guest wants to interface with us.
Inspire’s Hyderabad Support Center will also host an innovation lab and collaborate with start-ups to develop solutions for productivity optimization, workforce management, loyalty management, payments systems, and more.

Mandatory Skills

Experience Required:Minimum 3 years of Web development and design experience is required.Experience developing React-based applications using RESTGood to have experience with API-first headless content management systems like Contentful, Contentstack, or equivalent.Experience using mono-repos (good to have)Experience using API-based authentication workflows OAuth2 using services like Okta, etc. (good to have)Experience using design systems (Storybook)Next JS experience including deployment and testing workflows.Experience with NPM tooling, task runners, Babel, webpackAdvanced usage of React including but not limited to optimization techniques.Expert in React fundamentals, including components, hooks, and state management using Redux or Context API.Strong understanding of HTML5 and semantic markupAdvanced CSS3 skills, including Flexbox, Grid, animations, and media queriesExperience with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESSUnderstanding of CSS methodologies like BEM or SMACSSExperience with version control systems, particularly Git.Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practicesExpertise in ensuring compatibility across different browsers and devices.Experience in optimizing web applications for speed and performance.Knowledge of web performance profiling tools and techniquesUnderstanding of mobile-first design principles and adaptive layouts
