We have an excellent opportunity for the role of Delivery Leader - Manager Services (Fusion & EBIZ).

Below are the Job Details :


Job Location : Gurgaon, Noida, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire Managed Services lifecycle, from service transition to ongoing support and continuous service improvement
  • Setting the vision for regional delivery, executing an effective operating model, assuring team cohesion / performance and developing capability / skills as required
  • Providing Thought Leadership to explore opportunities that will mature our service portfolio, provide added value to our customers and establish long-term partnerships
  • Implement service delivery strategies and standards that align with industry best practices (ITIL, ISO etc.)
  • Managing delivery capabilities in line with an agreed budget, headcount and associated service delivery obligations and objectives
  • Ensuring contractual obligations including stringent SLA adherence are met with changes made as required via appropriate governance controls
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, actively managing expectations and proactively communicating potential issues
  • Manage risks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and security standards
  • Monitor and analyse service performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
  • Support new business opportunities and account growth within existing customers for Managed Services
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team of professionals


Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in leading and managing IT services delivery teams
  • Experience of owning & delivering Oracle Fusion and Ebiz Application Managed Services
  • Proven track record of success in a Managed Services environment with both onshore & offshore delivery
  • Strong understanding of ITIL and other relevant service delivery methodologies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Financial acumen and budget management experience
  • Experience in supporting new business & account growth
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Strong influential personality with effective negotiating skills
  • Ability to shape, adapt and improve processes
