Position : Executive/Sr. Executive – Travel
Experience required : 2+ Years of relevant experience in a Corporate Travel Management role
Location : Pune
Job Description:
This role is a part of Administration department. The candidate must be knowledgeable about all aspects of corporate travel management and should have prior experience in implementing travel policies to support company’s travel program. Candidate will interact and partner cross-functionally with various internal stakeholders including Finance, Business Development, IS, HR, Legal and CXOs as well as vendor partners as external stakeholders.
Role:
Report to the Manager.
Travel and assist the team in tracking compliance and the overall travel policy
Support travel initiatives of the centralized Travel team
Assist the employees with their domestic as well as international travel plans and with the bookings
Co-ordinate with vendor partners and secure best travel options for employees
Assist internal customers with visitor arrangements, arrangements of project parties and events
Process invoices related to travel, stay, transport, travel insurance, calling cards, etc. and co-ordinate with Finance for timely payments to vendor partners
MIS and create reports
to work in shifts and after office hours to support travel arrangements
Skills needed: Knowledge of World Geography
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent MS Office Suite skills
Qualification: Graduate with minimum 60% score throughout in academics
IATA Foundation/equivalent diploma in Travel/Tourism
