We’re Hiring — Estimation & Tendering Engineer (Commercial Interiors) Location: Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh Experience Required: 3–8 Years Industry: Commercial Interiors / Fit-Out / Government Projects We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Estimation & Tendering Engineer to join our team for commercial interior projects . The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in market rate analysis, BOQ preparation, and hands-on experience in government tenders and bidding processes. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial interior projects. Analyze market rates for materials, labor, and subcontract works. Perform rate analysis for line items and prepare item-wise costing. Prepare and verify BOQs, tender documents, and technical submissions . Handle tendering and bidding processes for government and PSU projects (GeM, e-procurement portals, etc.). Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations. Evaluate tenders and assist in contract negotiations . Support project teams with cost control and budget monitoring. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Quantity Surveying or related field. Strong knowledge of commercial interior works and fit-out activities. Excellent knowledge of market rates and vendor base . Experience in government tenders, bidding, and compliance documentation . Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software .
