Role Description 

We are seeking a creative and talented Manual Jewelry Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of aesthetics, and the ability to translate trends into stunning jewelry pieces that align with our brand’s identity.

Key Responsibilities:

*Design & Development: Create original and trendsetting jewelry designs, from concept to final product, ensuring alignment with Anan Jewels’ brand identity.

- *Market Research: Stay updated on current fashion and jewelry trends, materials, and techniques, incorporating them into new designs.

- *Sketching: Produce detailed sketches manually of proposed designs.

- *Prototyping: Oversee the development of prototypes, ensuring that designs are accurately translated into physical pieces.

- *Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and meet quality standards.

- *Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their preferences and customize designs to meet their specific requirements.

- *Collection Development: Contribute to the development of seasonal collections, ensuring a cohesive aesthetic across all pieces.

- *Quality Control: Assist in the inspection of finished products to ensure they meet the design specifications and quality standards.

Qualifications:

*Education: A degree or diploma in Jewelry Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

- *Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in jewelry design.

- *Creativity: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of styles and designs, with a focus on luxury and high-end jewelry.

- *Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail in design and quality control.

- *Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
