We're scaling rapidly and on a mission to transform into a data sciences-driven creative company.We Are Looking For:An experienced Finance Controller who will play a key role in building and maintaining financial systems and processes. This role involves developing and managing MIS reports, understanding and analysing unit economics from contribution margin to EBITDA, and collaborating across departments, including inventory and operations, to ensure financial efficiency and growth.Skills and Experience:Detailed reporting system across Tally and MIS - Proficiency in creating and managing MIS reports, using tools like Power BI or Excel.Tally reportingUnit Economics: Deep understanding of financial metrics from CM1, CM2, to EBITDA level.Business Operations: Experience in execution across different business verticals, such as inventory or operations, loss control, profit maximising.Statutory compliance GST, TDS, PTExperience: Minimum of 8 years in a relevant role in business financeBehavioural Traits:Analytically Sharp: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Agile and Proactive: Ability to adapt quickly and take initiative.Bias Towards Action: Demonstrated ability to execute and deliver results.Collaborative: Proven track record of working on P&L management with multiple teams.Why Join Us:Self driven Environment: want to be your own boss, be one.
