CTC Budget : 6 to 10 LPARoleTesting – Treasury ModuleResponsibilitiesShould be able to face the client business team and IT team and participate in Requirement GatheringShould be able to assist in effort estimation of the requirementsShould be able to Design, Review and evaluate the test design suite and assist during test execution phasesShould be able to evaluate the test execution artifactsShould be capable of handling the team / hand holding the team / lead the team and deliver the project within agreed time lineShould follow the company’s process and procedures and deliver the projectPeriodic reporting to all the stake holdersRequirementProduct & Application KnowledgeDomain knowledge of various Asset Classes – Forex (FX), Fixed Income (FI), Money Market (MM) and DerivativesAny one of the Treasury Application (Kondor, FinMechanics, Murex, Calypso, Finacle Treasury, Flexcube Treasury, TCS BaNCS etc)Any one of the core banking application (Finacle, Flexcube etc)Must HaveDomain knowledge in the Treasury Products and Capital Market productsKnowledge on the Asset classes like FX, FI, MM and Derivatives Preferably on FX and Derivatives , Equity, DebenturesKnowledge on the Integrated system workflow including the upstream and downstream interfacesTreasury Banking Operations / Implementation / Upgrade of the treasury system like Kondor, FinMechanics, Murex, Calypso, Finacle Treasury, TCS BaNCS etcAny one Treasury Application knowledge (Kondor, FinMechanics, Murex, Calypso, Finacle Treasury, TCS BaNCS etc). Experience of leading/participating in end-to-end Treasury Management Systems implementation, system migration, version upgrade or system transformation project, automation would be an advantage.In depth understanding of Integrated Treasury Application knowledge (FO – MO – BO) along with financial markets business process across three applications along Market Risk, Credit Risk, Counterparty Risk and Accounting functions of the BankKnowledge in the areas of Reporting system like Regulatory, Trading and Reporting systemsHands on experience in one of the Treasury Application at FO, MO and BO levelKnowledge on the Regulatory ReportsWorking experience in any one of the Bug tracking toolAbility to deliver under pressure and with stringent timelinesProven record of soft skills likeAnalytical skills / problem solving skills accompanied with good verbal and written communicationPeople ManagementStakeholders ManagementEscalation ManagementDispute ResolutionOthersShould be willing to travel to client locationsCertificationsNice to have and will be an added advantage
