Desired Competencies
Must-Have (Ideally should not be more than 3-5)
1. Automotive embedded systems: strong understanding of in-vehicle ECU development
2. AUTOSAR SW design/development experience
3. Strong Experience of Autosar tool chain Methodology: Vector Davinci Configurator, Vector Davinci Developer, Vector Geny, Vector Autosar Explorer, Elektrobit-Tresos, Vector Canoe, Vector Canalyzer
4. Good Knowledge and Experience on MCAL, Complex Device Drivers, BSW and its configurations.
5. Strong knowledge of ECU configuration file, System Description file.
6. Strong knowledge and experience on RTE configurations and Integration.
7. Skills to understand current software architecture and perform reverse engineering
8. Excellent hands-on ability to tackle technical challenges and root-cause analysis / resolution. Has the mindset to tackle complex technical challenges and find solutions in challenging situations and with quick turnaround time
Good-to-Have
1. ISO 26262-compliant SW development experience
2. Design and Development of ADAS features with Radar and/or camera sensor.
3. Skills in ANSI C: data structures, performance optimization, de-bugging, quality code construction, static-code analysis, Misra-C guidelines Good Understanding of AUTOSAR Specifications
