About the Role

We are hiring a Clinical Project Manager to oversee projects in the areas of clinical diagnostics, medical instruments, and regulatory compliance. This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage projects from planning through to delivery while ensuring compliance with medical and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage clinical diagnostic and medical instrument projects from initiation to completion.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, QA, regulatory, and operations.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and monitor progress to achieve deliverables.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience in clinical diagnostics, medical devices, or life sciences.
  • Proven knowledge of regulatory compliance in the healthcare/clinical industry.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and complex projects.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Medical Technology, or related field.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a strong advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
