In addition to that italso looks at rapid deployment at scale and sustainability of thesesolutions for target businessimpactsReports to: DirectorProductEngineeringResponsibilities:Weexpect you to:Provide technicalguidance and leadership throughout the product life cycle frominitiation requirements gathering architecture design developmentrelease management quality assurance production andbeyond.Define target statearchitecture with multiyear roadmap and deliver architecturalcomponents in incremental product releasedeliverables.Facilitatediscovery architecture and design workshops to refine expectedbusiness outcomes & align onrequirements.Design customercall flow processes dynamic routing and integration naturallanguage processing capabilities advanced analytics solutionsincluding speech analytics and conversational AIsolutions.Good understanding ofpublic cloud AWS/Azure/GCP computing architectures andservicesDefine and develop anefficient CI/CD framework for an affective agile productdevelopment.Experience providingdigital experience business automation solutions using AI/ML aswell as contact centertechnologies.Create standardarchitecture documents best practices and tools to be used by theinternal teams and end clients.Work with sales teams to design and present possible solutions topotential new customers as well as help with RFI/RFPresponses.Mentor engineers onthe team and help build effective engineering practices via techdesign reviews code reviewsetcRequirements Bachelorsdegree or equivalent in information systems or related field.8 years of experience insuccessfully leading delivering and evolving large scale softwareproducts.Minimum of 5 years ofexperience as an architect in building complex highly scalable andlow latency applicationsDepthand breadth across multiple areas ranging from ServiceorientedArchitecture Distributed Systems Microservices and familiarity withrelated concepts like distributed tracing securityetcHandson experience in Node.jsReact.js RESTful Web Services Microservices Cloud Nativeapplication designHandsonexperience with AWS and/or Azure containerization and containerorchestration (Docker Kubernetes)Experience with Genesys Avaya Nice Five9 and other CCaaS platformsis a plus.Experience with Twilioand/or Segment would be an addedadvantage.Very strongcommunication and analyticalskillsBenefits Salaryas per industry standardGoodcareergrowth

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information systems or relatedfield. 8+ years of experience in successfully leading, delivering,and evolving large scale software products. Minimum of 5 years ofexperience as an architect in building complex, highly scalable andlow latency applications Depth and breadth across multiple areasranging from Service-oriented Architecture, Distributed Systems,Microservices, and familiarity with related concepts likedistributed tracing, security, etc Hands-on experience in Node.js,React.js, RESTful Web Services, Microservices, Cloud Nativeapplication design Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure,containerization, and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)Experience with Genesys, Avaya, Nice, Five9, and other CCaaSplatforms is a plus. Experience with Twilio and/or Segment would bean added advantage. Very strong communication and analyticalskills
