About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative
Senior 3D Generalist
to work on
medical animation projects
. The ideal candidate will be versatile, with expertise across
modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, animation and compositing
. As a senior team member, you will play a key role in driving visual quality and supporting production pipelines across multiple projects, while mentoring junior artists and collaborating cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality 3D assets including
    models, textures, materials, lighting, and animations
    for
    medical products, procedures, XR, 3D Web interactive.
  • Work closely with
    SME's, Storyboard Artist, and Project Manager
    to complete project on time.
  • Handle multiple aspects of the 3D pipeline
    – from look development to final output.
  • Manage the entire animation project
    single-handedly
    from initiation to completion.
  • Mentor junior 3D artists and contribute to the development of internal workflows and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (6+ years) in a 3D Animation.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Blender or 3ds Max- Vray.
  • Strong Knowledge Photoshop and After Effects.
  • Solid understanding of Hard surface modeling, Animation, lighting, shading, and rendering pipelines.
  • Ability to 
    interpret complex scientific/pharma references
     into accurate 3D representations.
  • Interest in scientific animation.
  • Good understanding of composition & dynamic camera animation.
  • Good visualization skills.
  • Experience in editing and motion graphics.
  • Experience in medical animation projects is plus.
  • Strong artistic skills with a keen eye for detail, realism, and composition.
  • Familiarity with real-time engines like Unreal Engine or Unity is a plus.
  • Good understanding of rigging, Particle System and basic animation principles.
  • Ability to take ownership of project.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines efficiently.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any stream.
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in 3d animation.
  • A well-rounded portfolio or reel showcasing diverse 3D work across disciplines.
