GENERAL SUMMARY

As a Process Analyst for the Center for Creative Leadership, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate issuance of work assignment details including compensation elements via a Purchase Order (PO) Document for all Faculty and/or coaching-related work assigned for the CCL Asia Pacific Region domiciled associates and partners, impacting the overall partnership experience. This role is for individuals with a dive-deep aptitude, and a flair for numbers, data, tools, and accounting practices. The role demands a high level of reliability, creativity, accountability, and speed of response with minimal supervision interfacing with Key Internal Stakeholders and Clients.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Issues Purchase Orders (PO) or Scope of Works document for all types of CCL programs and sessions: Live Online, Open enrollment, custom, stand-alone coaching, follow-on coaching, feedback coaching, executive coaching, design, discovery, CRM, Fitness, Webinar, client meetings, speaking engagements, mentoring, business development, and all other CCL client related work in a comprehensively accurate, timely and accurate manner
  • Regular liaising with Project Team members or relevant stakeholders on data alignment for PO & Evaluation Reports.
  • Creates automated Evaluation questions and generates results via Qualtrics for participants involved in Live Online sessions, Programs, Coaching engagements, Executive Coaching, Stand-Alone Assessment + Coaching, and other CCL-related engagements as deemed necessary.
  • Regular meetings with Impact evaluation specialist for Evaluation process improvements and new process updates.
  • Creates & maintains the suite of CCL Associate Contracting, Fee documents, and all other communications, also Prepares and executes the Annual Associate Faculty and Coach Contract Renewal process with close supervision from the Coaching Operations and Resource Manager.
  • Performs any other administrative tasks as assigned by the Senior Manager, Operations and Resource Manager or Directors of the CCL Asia Pacific.
  • Improves and augments the Purchase Order process in Dynamics 365 and related supporting data continuously with the aim of simplification and increased automation
  • Generates POs or Dynamics 365 reports based on utilization and evaluation data reports and other metrics to assist Annual Internal & Associate Performance Reviews along with Senior Manager, Operations and Resource Manager, Coaching Talent Lead and/or Regional Directors of CCL Asia Pacific.
  • Attends Bi-Annual virtual teleconferences or Monthly Coaching / Evaluations related meetings as and when needed
  • Performs any other administrative tasks as assigned by the Solutions Productions Manager or the Director of the Customer Experience Group


Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in STEM or Finance domain.
  • At least 3 years experience in a highly dynamic professional corporate setup.


Specific Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Highly meticulous, independent, high initiative, proactive, persistent, creative in problem-solving, and open to highly dynamic and fast-paced process changes.
  • Ability to work remotely, Confidently, and autonomously (ability to work with little or no direct supervision, in a timely fashion, and under pressure).
  • Experience with tasks that require high levels of responsibility and confidentiality.
  • Excellent Verbal/Written Communication & interpersonal skills (ability to work/communicate/build relationships with internal/external stakeholders to meet client and program demands) and team player (back-up, hand-offs, sharing responsibility).
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft product suite, Word, Outlook, and Excel is required and previous experience with Dynamics or other ERP and Database systems is a plus. Excellent aptitude for numbers, accuracy, data, and finance practices.
