Join Our Industry-Leading Team as Senior Manager of ERP and B2B Integrations

As the Senior Manager of ERP and B2B Integrations based in Preston, WA, you will drive major initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and streamline business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ERP System Leadership: Manage the operation and service delivery of ERP solutions across platforms including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Concur, ensuring scalability and system resilience.
  • B2B Integration Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive B2B strategies using EDI and API-based connections to optimize communication with partners, suppliers, and customers.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead a team of ERP and EDI professionals, fostering a culture of empowerment, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with various business departments to assess system needs, identify pain points, and propose solutions that align with strategic objectives.
  • Innovation in Integration: Drive the adoption of innovative technologies and practices in ERP and B2B integrations to maintain and enhance competitive edge.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships across the company through consistent product delivery and effective communication.

Requirements
  • Experience: 6+ years with ERP and EDI systems, including significant experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Leadership: At least 4 years in technology team management with a proven track record in leading successful ERP implementations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in deploying and integrating ERP systems, familiarity with DevOps, and proficiency in CRM/Service Desk Ticketing software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Communication: Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring and developing high-performing teams.

Requirements
6+ years of functional experience with ERP and EDI systems. Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, including system deployment and integration. At least 4 years of experience in managing technology teams. A track record of successful ERP implementations. Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, DevOps, and CRM/Service Desk Ticketing software. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and develop team members. Flexibility to accommodate a variable schedule, with occasional evening and weekend assignments. Willingness to travel up to 5% for business needs.
