Key Deliverables Study, review and update of Internal Controls around key processes of FA Testing of Internal Controls to ensure correctness of data, compliance and non-compliance of policies and reporting to the management Creating Process Manuals and testing of process to check any loopholes or fixing the issues identified during implementation Process re-engineering and recommendation for bringing in efficiency and effectiveness in FA accounting processes Manage balance sheet health card by checking critical reconciliations Managing internal as well as external auditors.
