What will you do?
As a Senior Technical Consultant, you get to join our Bangalore team in India full of enthusiastic Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) specialists who are 100% dedicated to delivering world-class digital business capabilities for our customers. Ensuring they get the most value from the ServiceNow platform. Our broad services portfolio is exclusively built around ServiceNow, making us the one-stop-shop for all ServiceNow related advisory services, implementations, custom app developments and application maintenance & support.
As a consultant, you get to work on high impact and challenging projects at large national and international organizations in the financial, energy, telecom and high technology industries. In this role, you work at our Bangalore office. In all projects you deliver true value to customers by automating their business processes through the design of innovative platform applications.
We help you grow by providing you with continuous training and coaching via our 4Academy, making sure you have the adequate skills as a technical consultant and in Platform-as-a-Service Depending on the type of project, you will be involved in the following tasks and responsibilities:
- Translating functional requirements into technical designs by focusing on platform performance, maintainability and upgradability.
- Delivery of current services for our customers as enhancing our internal service delivery competencies and capabilities.
- Building solution designs which always follow the implementation best practices of ServiceNow and internal Plat4mation implementation guidelines.
- Supporting the building, implementation, and support of our branded products built on Now.
Responsibilities:
As a senior technical consultant, lead the conceptualization, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of new and existing features for the ServiceNow implementation, specifically focused on Workplace Service Delivery (WSD).
• Configure and customize modules, developing workflows, dashboards, and reports.
• Manage and maintain ServiceNow WSD modules: Reservation Management, Case Management, Visitor Management, Calendar Synchronization, Indoor Mapping, Space Mapping, Space Management, and Move Management.
• Oversee workplace service delivery operations, ensuring efficient space reservations, case handling, visitor coordination, scheduling, indoor navigation, space allocation, and move management.
• Provide user support and training for ServiceNow functionalities.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives and stay updated with industry trends and advancements.
• Facilitate and lead data migration activities from legacy systems to ServiceNow, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects and Business Analysts to understand business outcomes and functional requirements, translating them into effective ServiceNow solution designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with requirements and industry best practices.
• Lead and manage workplace service delivery projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
• Integrate ServiceNow reservations with employee calendars (e.g., Outlook, Google Calendar) to ensure consistency.
• Manage and update indoor maps within ServiceNow for easy employee navigation.
• Analyze service delivery data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, generating reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate effectively with project managers, stakeholders, and teams, ensuring seamless project execution and communication.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and best practices.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) suite is a strong plus.
Qualifications:
- Proven extensive hands-on relevant experience of 2-6 years in ServiceNow WSD ( workplace Service Delivery )
- Must have ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
- Strong technical skills, including scripting, workflow configuration, and business rule development.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and best practices.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript) and other relevant languages
