Job Description: We are seeking a talented UX Designer with 4 years of experience to join our team either remotely or at our Pune location. As a UX Designer at VSquare Systems Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products and services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, gather requirements, and translate them into engaging design solutions.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project goals, user requirements, and design objectives.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups using design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
Develop user personas, user flows, and journey maps to guide the design process and ensure a seamless user experience.
Design visually appealing interfaces that align with brand guidelines and industry best practices.
Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation of UI components.
Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance your skills and expertise.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
4 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to present and justify design decisions.
