Experience: 5-10 Years
Location: Pune
Travel: Once in a month to Saudi
Roles & Responsibilities
Design and implement secure cloud architecture for various cloud platforms (preferably GCP)
Design High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD) focused on Network & Security perspective
Strong understanding of networking, encryption, authentication protocols and threat detection technologies.
Strong understanding of network protocols, security concepts, and best practices
Good understanding and experience on IPSec, SSLVPN, Sandboxing, Forward and reverse proxy, NAT, DNS and cloud computing (GCP/Azure).
Knowledge on Data centre Network topology and architecture, routing, switching, Routing protocols, MPLS, Load-balancer and SDN.
Proficiency in network security tools and technologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs,VPC).
Expertise in designing hybrid HA connectivity between On-premise to cloud platforms.
Effectively create and interpret architecture diagrams, communicate complex cloud infrastructure designs including hybrid cloud architecture to stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of network structure, application deployment, and security posture within the cloud environment.
Good understanding of cloud security services like Security Command Centre, Cloud Armor, VPC Service Control, Cloud Security Scanner
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and manage their expectations from a security perspective.
Qualifications :
Master's/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network & Security, or a related field.
Proven experience in cloud security and networking, preferably GCP
Strong understanding of networking, encryption, and authentication protocols.
Experience with security tools and technologies for cloud environments.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to stay updated with evolving security threats and vulnerabilities.
Academic Background:
Successful candidates often possess Computer Science, Electronics, and Communication Engineering degrees.
