You’ll be joining our: Product Validation


What you’ll do at Ather :

  • Good hands on experience in performing cell ( cylindrical, pouch etc..) testing like life aging tests, safety tests and cell characterization tests.

  • Managing the Cells testing  equipment operation and maintenance.

  • Hands-on experience in developing test setups for cell testing.

  • Tear down analysis of various cell types.

  • Identify the critical field failures and reproduce the same at lab conditions to derive the new test Methodologies.

  • Operating and understanding cells testing systems such as Charge/discharge cycles on cell level.

  • New cyclers and chamber setup .

  • Good understanding about Cell safety and storing .

  • Carry out testing as per the request from the test engineers.

  • Maintain Cell testing room safety .

  • Analyze test results and send the cell result to the engineering team.

  • Review the test results with Engineering teams.

  • Support production team for cell IQC tests.

  • Experience using Neware cyclers and BTS software is preferable 


Here’s what we’re looking for

  •  2+ years of work experience with Li-ion cells.

  •  Understanding of cell manufacturing processes.

  • Expertise in the cell level testing. 

  • MS office - Advanced Level.

  •  Expert in test planning and execution. 

  • Eye for detail, problem finder and solver. 

  • Strong self-learning ability. 

  • Explorer mentality to keep pushing boundaries. 


What you bring to Ather

  • B.E,B.tech or  Diploma in Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering.
