Requirements:
* Reporting to: Project Manager/CEO
•      Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years related experience, or with a degree in Unmanned Systems related sciences/curriculum
•      Prior Drone training (classroom & flying) experience on indigenous drones (both quadcopters and fixed wing) from a professional training institute is a desired plus
•      Great Communication Skills & proficient in MS PowerPoint, Word & other multimedia programs

Job Description:
This position is responsible for serving as a full time, Drone Ground School Instructor and Pilot. Performs as subject matter expert for all aspects of the company’s family of Unmanned Aircraft Vehicles to include aircraft hardware and software, ground control station hardware and software. Provides instruction to pilots on the standardization of company UAV ground and flight operations and procedures, flight test and instructional techniques. Responsible for the safe operation of the UAV during all phases of ground operations.
Duties And Responsibilities:
•      Instruct UAV student pilots as well as instructor pilots-in-training in all aspects of UAV ground and flight operations including academic (platform instruction) and in-flight instruction.
•      Familiar with taking Ground Classes as per the DGCA Training Curriculum
•      Proficient in drone-assembly and drone simulator operations
•      Acts as subject matter expert in UAV (Multi-rotors) operational tactics, techniques, and procedures. Develops and executes instructor mission planning, briefing, mission execution and debriefing for ground and flight instruction.
•      Conduct course development; develop and present formal training courses and materials.
•      Evaluate training methods and recommend changes/improvements to ensure efficient and effective qualification of students.
•      Provide initial qualification, refresher, and remedial training. Document and track student progress.
•      Ensures compliance with all governing regulations including maintaining TPM, company procedures and complying to the FTO guidelines per DGCA Regulations.
•      Responsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations and company policies wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company. Expected to maintain a productive and safe working environment in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.
