What this job involves –

Finance Specialist – Contract to billing

What this job involves:Responsibilities:
New Client code creation

New Contract creation

New Project Code creation

Set up Client address and other mandatory details in PS required for Invoicing

Directly review & coordinate with Business for client invoicing and revenue recognition

Submission of invoice to Business or Client as applicable

Report the invoicing status to Business or DC team coordinator

Complete ownership on invoicing end to end cycle

All People Soft data entry related activities Synergy between multiple teams in Finance and Business

Omit duplicity of work in document sanitization

Validation of documents to create the invoice

Accrual validation & booking

Sounds like you? To apply, you need to have:Requirements:
Degree holder – preferred B. Com

Invoicing / Billings experience of at least 4 year

Strong attention to detail, well organised, ability to prioritize work within tight operational and financial deadline

High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Fluency in spoken and written English essential

Peoplesoft knowledge and experience

Strong Excel Knowledge

Good Accounting Knowledge, Communication and Analytical Skills
