Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Store Manager at Baby Forest in Noida. The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, managing the store, and implementing retail loss prevention measures.
Qualifications
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
Effective Communication skills
Store Management experience
Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention
Attention to detail
Ability to work in a team
Prior retail experience is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
