• Cerner HIM- Clinical Reporting XR, Report Request, Report Request Maintenance, Clinical View Manager – creating new templates, new sections and Page Masters modifications – Header and Footer details.
• Bedrock tool – Distributions and Ops Job build and configuration for Clinical Reporting XR
• Olympus tool – To Schedule Operations Jobs (Ops Jobs)
• Cerner HIM – RRD – Remote Report Distributions – Auto- faxes, Fax Station Build and troubleshooting
• Cerner HIM – CPDI – Cerner Provision Document Imaging – Scanning Application. Kofax Batch Capture, Single Document Capture, Application Xtender, CDI Config Tool
• Cerner Direct - Creating External Address Book – EAB, Transition of Care (ToC)
• Access HIM/Profile HIM – Patient deficiency Analysis, Provider deficiency Analysis, HIM Letters
Description:
· Experience with Cerner Application support, Incident resolution, Implementation of Cerner Millennium Projects.
· Experience in configuring and troubleshooting CERNER solution functionalities/Components.
· Perform complex troubleshooting investigations and documenting notes and knowledge articles.
· Gather requirements and determine scope of work and plan for on time delivery.
· Ability to work self-sufficiently on assigned time sensitive tasks.
· Develop and maintain good relationship with peers and client, provide timely feedback to encourage success.
· Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills both in written and verbal correspondence.
· Ability to learn and adapt to changing landscape and acquire new skills with technology advancement and to work, coordinate with global teams.
· Readiness towards work at odd hours/on-call and weekends as and when needed. Should be open to shifts.
