Role Objective:


Responsible for Domestic/JVs and Hybrid Business, Budget and Forecasting, Distribution and Logistics and Customer Service.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


This requirement is for Domestic/JVs and Hybrid Business hence person should have mandatory relevant experience in these areas.


  • Developing accurate and reliable forecasts of future demand for products wise based on historical data, market trends, and other relevant factors.
  • Analyzing inventory levels and recommending appropriate replenishment strategies to optimize stock levels, minimize stock-outs, and reduce excess inventory.
  • Maintain Inventory level as per defined X factor for JV market.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, to ensure that supply chain activities are aligned with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Continuously monitoring and analyzing demand patterns and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Coordinating with internal team for goods supply.
  • Update the Inventory Reports on weekly basis.
  • Ensure on time Inward process from JV's.
  • Assess the non-moving stock as per decided norms.
  • Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.
  • Analyzing large data sets using statistical methods and software tools to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Continuously identifying opportunities to improve demand planning processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


Preferred candidate profile:

  • Bachelor/master's degree in business, supply chain or other relevant fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a demand planning/forecasting role.
  • Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.
  • Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
  • Strong SAP knowledge and MS office
  • Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
