Hands on experience on Microbial culturehanding. Plateobservation and results entries Good documentation practices and exposure tocGMP Exposure on RM andfinished good sampling procedure. Exposure to Water sampling and Analysis Identifying outofspecification(OOS) deviations and quality problems of products materialspackaging and utilities. Inspecting laboratory equipment and utilities. Monitor manufacturing processesaccording to validation plans and schedules. Collect data required for validationactivities aligned with the standard operating procedures(SOPs). Conduct dailyinprocess quality control (QC) inspections at productionlines. Document andreport sampling conditions testing activities andresults. Inspectincoming and outgoing products according to shippingpolicies. Maintainaccuracy of QC data and records. Perform routine calibration and maintenance of laboratoryequipment. Performtests on finished products and ensure they follow food safety andother requirements. Prepare samples standards and solutions. Record results of audits andgather information for product and process quality metricmanagement reports. Review and verify supplier raw material records andresults. Supportinvestigations into hygiene standards and noncompliance to qualitystandards.
