Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals

  • Candidate Sourcing: Source potential candidates from various online channels, including social media and professional platforms

  • Interviewing and Evaluation: Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and present top contenders to management

  • Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and promotion of the company's employer brand

  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior recruiters

  • Workforce Planning: Collaborate with leadership to understand staffing needs and contribute to workforce planning

Requirements and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Recruiter

  • Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as PHR or SPHR, are a plus

  • Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage communications with internal and external stakeholders

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
