You’ll handle reconciliation, chargebacks, settlement with banks, customer refunds, exception reporting, and income tracking.✅ Key Responsibilities• Reconcile daily transactions across card networks, switch data & customer ledger• Investigate mismatches & manage refunds, chargebacks, and disputes• Coordinate with banks, switch partners & networks for resolution• Generate reports: settlements, mark-ups, MIS, income accounting• Ensure compliance with Visa/Mastercard & RBI guidelinesWhat We’re Looking For• 3–5 years’ experience in Forex Card operations, reconciliation & settlement• Sound knowledge of Visa/Mastercard processes, CMS, reconciliation tools (e.g., JIRA)• Strong command of Excel, transactional data handling & GL understanding• Familiarity with RBI & card network guidelines• Excellent communication and analytical skillsPreferred:Experience in Fin Tech, banking, or payments | Hands-on with Visa Online/Mastercard Connect | FX mark-up & interchange billing
