Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end HR operations, employee life cycle activities, and ensure smooth execution of HR policies and processes. This role requires strong coordination, people skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

Source candidates through job portals, consultants, social media, and employee referrals.

Coordinate with recruitment consultants/vendors for sourcing and follow-ups.

Manage onboarding formalities including documentation, induction, and account opening.

Ensure smooth new joiner experience and timely communication to relevant departments.

Employee Life Cycle Management

Handle joining, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.

Maintain and update employee data in HRMS (attendance, leave, personal records).

Prepare and share joining/resignation information with respective regions.

Employee Engagement & Communication

Conduct HR Induction sessions for new joiners.

Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.

Act as a point of contact for employee queries and HR support.

Compliance & Administration

Coordinate with vendors (ID card vendor, insurance, etc.) and ensure timely delivery.

Maintain compliance-related documentation and support audits as needed.

Assist in payroll inputs like attendance and leave compilation.

Reports & Data Management

Prepare HR reports as required by management.

Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR records and reports.
