Review :-To provide assistance for preparing and reviewing the validation and engineering related Standing Operating ProcedureTo review/update the master plan for validation based on current regulatory requirementsTo review, approve and provide the required assistance or preparation of qualification protocolsTechnical Support :-To plan and supervise utility installation and commissioningDevelopment of local vendors and substitution of imported sparesAdhere to the utility budget & time linesBring new techniques / InnovationAssist for initial estimation of maintenance cost based on activity and cost control for all the annual budgetingResponsible to use thorough knowledge of Engineering maintenance practice including budgeting, scheduling, preventive maintenance, specification codes, Standard and cGMP techniques. Improvement in reliability where ever applicable in utility machines & systemsTo coordinate for closure of change control in the engineering and validation department.Troubleshooting during validation activities & training of validation team members for different validation activities as applicableCompliance & Audit :-100% audit compliance by maintaining all cGMP documents, including SOPs and PM records100% statutory compliance of utilitiesAll phases of work must comply with regulations and internal requirements with respect to purchasing, quality, legal etc.To represent Validations and Engineering during regulatory auditsTo coordinate and prepare justification for compliance of any audit observationsMaintenance & Control :-To review proper maintenance of ETP at siteTimely maintenance and optimize machine operation of utilitiesTimely completion of maintenance by adhering to both budget & time lines & safety normsResponsible for accurate parts inventory and equipment specific usage controlResponsible to ensure speedy and timely completion of implementation of all maintenance in house program.Responsible to work for the maintenance team on specific maintenance activities with engineering expertiseLiaisoning :-Liaisoning support for utility related job with Govt. body like (UPCL and Boiler inspectorate) from site levelCoordination of validation activities with different department

Education Qualification :-

B.E / B. Tech / M.E (Mechanical)

Experience Range :-

12-15 years of experience in all Plant Utilities
