Job Roles/Responsibilities :

The Software Developer Advisor is a .Net Technical Lead with highly experienced background as a Full Stack Developer and will be responsible for analysis, design, and leading a team for implementation of existing and new applications.

The ideal candidate will be a strong technical resource with to ability to lead a team, do technical design and has ability to work closely with the business and other technical resources in a .Net/Azure environment.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Participate as recipient of knowledge transfer from 3rd party developed solution with goal of bringing developed solution in house.

- Lead an application development team, collaborate with subject matter experts, and third-party application experts to understand the business requirements, development of user stories, and estimates.

- Provide technical and best practices guidance to an agile team to code, test, and maintain .Net, C#, VB.

- Net applications and microservices technologies in an Azure environment.

- Hands on software design and development that will perform at scalable, reliable, and secured products.

- Review, analyze, troubleshoot, and modify complex core and customized software.

- Respond to complex, escalated customer inquiries/requests for technical/operational support.

- Resolve complex technical matters to meet customer service level agreements.

- Analyze and/or implement corrective action for root cause analysis/fixes or corrective action of defects.

- Follow documented Software Development Life-Cycle standards.

- May provide consultation on complex projects, through research and/or proof of concept.

- Point of contact for higher level or complex issues and will work with senior levels for resolution.

- This position is full-time and may require after hours or on-call support including, but not limited weekends and evenings.

Education/Experience :

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, or Information Systems.

- Minimum 10 years of overall experience primarily designing and developing .Net based applications.

- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing a development team to ensure on time and quality deliverable.

- Knowledge of cloud native principles required, preferably using Azure.

- Experience in designing schemas in Cosmos and SQL Server databases including the ability to write complex queries is required.

- Experience with database tuning or data modeling would be beneficial.

- Basic understanding of and willingness to learn and adopt professional and industry standards.

- Results oriented, highly motivated, and technically fluent in all aspects of software design and development.

- Customer service driven.

- Strong collaboration skills and be a team player.

Good To Have :

- Experience with Azure environments is preferable.

- Build, migrate and test Azure environments and integrations.

- Integration with Azure DevOps + Azure DevOps build and release pipeline.

DataFactory :

Experience with both SFTP and native Azure services for SFTP.
