Job Description: We are looking for amotivated and detail-oriented R&D Technicianto join our Battery Research & Development team. The ideal candidate will assist in laboratory operations includingbattery cell testing, electrolyte preparation, and material characterization . This role requireshands-on experiencewithpouch cells, coin cells, anode/cathode materials , andtab welding techniques .Key Responsibilities: Conduct cell testing including electrochemical cycling and performance evaluations of pouch and coin cells. Prepare electrolytes with accurate measurement and mixing of components. Support preparation and characterization of anode and cathode materials. Perform tab welding for cell assembly ensuring quality and safety. Operate and maintain battery testing equipment and analytical instruments (GC/GCMS). Follow SOPs and safety guidelines for handling chemicals and materials. Record, analyze, and report experimental data. Collaborate with R&D engineers on ongoing projects.Qualifications: M.Sc. inChemistryorB.Tech in Chemical Engineering . 0–2 years of experience inbattery R&D ,electrochemistry , ormaterial testing . Exposure tocell fabrication ,electrolyte formulation , andbattery characterization tools . Good understanding of GC/GCMS, data analysis, and lab documentation. Strong communication and teamwork skills.Salary: Max Up to₹5 LPA(depending on experience and skills)
