Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and develop complex Pega BPM applications, business solutions by creating new and modifying existing Pega BPM applications
• To contribute as an individual Pega developer and guide the team when required
• Help translate requirements into user-stories and actively participate in project lifecycle
• To work closely with SSA/SA/BA/Architects to ensure requirements are well documented and clear
• Provide appropriate status updates to lead/scrum master on routine basis
• Actively participate in quality audits, code reviews time to time
• Troubleshoot Pega applications issues, coding bugs and bottlenecks
• Maintaining security of all supported Pega applications
• Monitoring and Take caring Production Support Tasks

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in software development with hands-on experience on PEGA PRPC (8.X)
• Solid experience in Application Performance, Security validation
• Experience or knowledge in Core Java
• Experience or knowledge in Java Script / Basic HTML
• Experience as Pega developer with focus on application development, rule development or process architecting
• Experience of enterprise level system development with solid knowledge of industry standard interface protocols (i.e., REST, KAFKA)
• Hands-on experience on Pega tools like Pega Deployment Manager (PDM), Pega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud (PDC)
• Good knowledge on BIX Process
• Good understanding of software engineering practices and architecture guidelines
• Should have done one complete Pega implementation leading from Design
• Pega Theme Cosmos UI Development
• Case Design and Creating new Data types / export and import data
• Developing new reports by joining multiple tables
• Proven ability to analyze Predictive Diagnostic Cloud (PDC) to check the application health check

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Gen AI and Process AI in Pega
• Knowledge of Pega Prediction studio for monitoring AI models
• Basic AI fundamentals and Ability to use Microsoft Copilot for the work needs
