We’re looking for a Technical Team Lead to spearhead engineering efforts from the region.This is a flagship leadership opportunity to shape the technical culture, build the local team from the ground up, and drive projects that power LLMs, AI agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems used by thousands globally.???? What You’ll Do:Build, mentor, and lead a growing engineering team (3–10 members) in Abu DhabiOwn delivery of high-impact technical initiatives in AI infrastructure, backend systems, and developer toolingAct as the technical bridge between Abu Dhabi, Tel Aviv, and NYC teams to ensure seamless collaborationBe deeply hands-on with code, while also driving architecture, sprint planning, and team growthEstablish engineering best practices and a high-performance culture in a rapidly scaling environment.???????? What We’re Looking For:12–17 years of experience in backend, infrastructure, or machine learning domainsProven leadership — 8+ years managing engineering teams in fast-paced settingsStrong knowledge of Python, Fast API, cloud-native systems (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CDDeep experience with AI agent frameworks, Lang Chain, vector databases, and modern LLM APIsPassion for team-building, technical excellence, and cross-time-zone coordination.???? Tech Environment:Backend: Python, Fast APIInfra: AWS, Docker, KubernetesAI Stack: Lang Chain, Pinecone/Weaviate, Open AI, AnthropicDev Ops: Git Hub Actions, CI/CD pipelinesFocus: Developer tools, AI agents, real-time search APIs????
