Senior Global Data Migration Specialist - SuccessFactors Data Engineer Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the end-to-end data migration process for SuccessFactors, from data mapping to data validation and testing. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and end-users to understand data migration requirements and specifications.
  • Develop and maintain data migration scripts and procedures to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and proper formatting.
  • Design and develop data migration processes that are efficient, secure, and scalable.
  • Work with stakeholders to define and implement data quality controls and data governance processes.
  • Develop and maintain data integration processes between SuccessFactors and other systems. Provide technical guidance and support to business users during data migration and integration processes. Troubleshoot data migration issues and work with the development team to resolve them.
  • Monitor data migration processes and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in data migration, ETL, and data integration.
  • Strong knowledge of data migration methodologies, tools, and techniques with SAP and Non SAP Products Experience with data mapping, data validation, and data testing. Experience with SuccessFactors and SAP HCM data migration is preferred.
  • Experience with data integration tools such as Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or Informatica is preferred. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • SAP Certification is must availability to travel internationally as needed.'
