Senior UX Designer

About The Role :

We are seeking a talented Senior UX Designer to join our team, dedicated to creating experiences that resonate with our user personas. As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the Unified App closely with Product and technology teams, you will translate ideas into - meaningful experiences and visuals, ensuring a seamless and delightful user journey.

What You Will Do :

Requirements Clarification :

- Seek clarity on requirements from the Product Owner when undertaking tasks or epics.

User Flow and Wireframing :

- Develop user flow charts and low-fidelity wireframes that effectively communicate requirements.

High-fidelity Design :

- Utilize the existing design system to create high-fidelity mockups after low-fidelity wireframes have established the requirements.

Collaboration with Development :

- Collaborate with developers to address any inconsistencies in the development process, ensuring alignment with design intent.

Unified Design Experience :

- Contribute to unifying the design experience across fragmented properties and products, ensuring consistency and coherence.

UX Improvement :

- Identify areas for improvement in the current UX of the app and implement solutions to enhance user experience.

Drive UX Implementation :

- Actively drive the implementation of optimal UX solutions, ensuring the highest standards of user experience are achieved.

What You Will Bring :

- Bachelor's degree (any) is required.

- A Master's degree is preferred but not mandatory.

- Proficiency in all stages of UX Design, from Research to High-fidelity designs.

- Understanding of frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, etc., will be advantageous.

- 4-6 years of experience in a similar role is desired.

- Proficiency with at least one prototyping tool such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Invision.

- Experience with Figma is preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional designs and experiences.
