However now we are a fast growing startup looking to make a major impact in the industry we are scaling up our teamLocation: Andheri (E) - Near the Station (On site)We’re looking for a hands-on admissions & applications specialist to help scale our Europe vertical (Germany, Netherlands, Ireland, Finland, etc.). You’ll be responsible for turning student shortlists into high-quality, error-free, on-time university applications across major European countries.What You’ll Do- Manage end-to-end applications: Uni-Assist, Studielink, university portals.- Create & maintain country-wise checklists, documents, deadlines.- Coordinate with students for SOPs, CVs, LORs & missing documents.- Ensure accurate submissions, correct formats, translations & compliance.- Track offers, update CRM, and maintain strong student communication.- Build SOPs/playbooks to scale Europe applications volume.- Liaise with university reps for clarifications & updates.What You Bring- 1–3 years experience in study abroad/admissions/application ops (Europe experience is a bonus).- Strong attention to detail & ability to manage 30–60 live applications.- Clear communication with students & parents.- Comfortable with CRMs, Google Sheets, and university portals.- Fast, organised, process-oriented.Why Join Us- Be the founding Europe admissions contributors at one of India’s fastest-growing study-abroad brands.- Build processes from scratch, scale a new vertical, and work directly with leadership.
