Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using .NET Core and MVC.
  • Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure applications for HRMS Payroll solutions in the public sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Work extensively with Oracle SQL and Oracle Database for data management and application integration.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth system functionality.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in .NET development.

Mandatory Skillsets:

  • Strong experience in developing and maintaining applications using .NET Core, with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
  • Expertise in working with the Model-View-Controller (MVC) pattern to create dynamic and maintainable web applications.
  • Proficiency in building and managing web applications, including frontend and backend integration, API development, and responsive design.
  • Hands-on experience with writing complex queries, stored procedures, and optimizing database performance using Oracle SQL.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Database management, including schema design, indexing strategies, and performance tuning.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in HRMS Payroll domain or public sector projects.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with third-party services.
  • Understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with version control tools like Git.
