Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced performance testing engineer for a full-time, on-site position at our Hyderabad location. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in performance testing and engineering of large-scale web applications, including PEGA CRM applications. This role is crucial to defining performance testing strategies, identifying process gaps, and recommending.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct performance testing of large-scale web applications, including PEGA CRM applications.
  • Utilize performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner across multiple protocols.
  • Monitor application performance using tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Nagios, and Splunk.
  • Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for performance testing environments.
  • Collaborate with customer IT, business, and solution architects to define non-functional requirements and recommend process improvements.
  • Identify gaps in current performance testing processes and propose suitable recommendations.
  • Develop and execute performance testing strategies at both the program and product levels.
  • Work with cloud platforms (AWS & Azure), standalone applications, mobile applications, and CRM-based systems.
  • Script performance tests for UI applications and API/service calls.
  • Analyze performance data and develop automated metrics dashboards.
  • Integrate AWS application logs with performance test tools to gather metrics.
  • Provide leadership and effectively manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Work independently and within a team, handling projects efficiently.
  • Conduct manual and automation testing with knowledge of Selenium automation tools.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
  • Expertise with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner and monitoring tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Nagios, and Splunk.
  • Proficiency in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines for performance environments.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end systems, products, and non-functional requirements.
  • Experience in defining performance testing strategies and planning.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS & Azure), standalone, mobile, and CRM-based applications.
  • Expert-level performance test scripting for UI applications and API/service calls.
  • Strong data analysis skills and application security fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in Java or an equivalent programming language and design patterns from a performance perspective.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Experience in manual and automation testing, with knowledge of Selenium.
