We are seeking a Technical Program Management Intern to support our organization's key client projects and assist in achieving project objectives by participating in project planning and evaluation activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating internal resources and clients/vendors for project execution.
  • Support the timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.
  • Contribute to defining project scopes and objectives, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Aid in resource allocation and availability management.
  • Assist in developing project plans to monitor progress.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation.
  • Assist in handling changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Assist in measuring project performance using suitable systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Report project issues to management as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to manage client and stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Assist in conducting risk management activities to mitigate project risks.
  • Support financial objectives by assisting in forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, and analyzing variances.

Requirements:

  • Educational background, in computer science or engineering.
  • Interest in technical areas, with basic understanding of software development and web technologies.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
