We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Full-Stack Developer/ Lead Dot Net Developer to join our dynamic team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in .NET technologies, Angular (preferred), SQL, and API development . You will play a key role in designing and implementing robust, scalable, and innovative solutions, particularly for Inventory ERP products.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications.
  • Develop and maintain robust back-end solutions using ASP.NET and ASP.NET Core .
  • Build and optimize front-end applications using Angular .(preferred)
  • Develop and manage APIs for seamless integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable healthcare ERP solutions.
  • Ensure database integrity, efficiency, and performance using SQL Server .
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting best practices in coding, design, and architecture.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies to improve product quality and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Technical Expertise:
  • Strong proficiency in ASP.NET , ASP.NET Core , and C# .
  • Hands-on experience with Angular (preferred).
  • Solid knowledge of SQL Server and database design principles.
  • Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs.
  • Domain Knowledge:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working on Inventory ERP products .
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience:
  • At least 6+ years in Backend development.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in cloud technologies (Azure or AWS).
  • Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
