Role Overview

We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist who will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, increase engagement, and improve conversions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Google Ads, a strong analytical mindset, and a proven ability to deliver successful digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and App campaigns).- Conduct keyword research and analysis to target relevant audiences effectively.- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.- Optimize ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve Quality Score and ROI.- Manage budgets, ensuring campaigns remain cost-effective and aligned with business objectives.- Identify trends and insights to enhance campaign performance.- Collaborate with the content, design, and development teams to align advertising strategies with broader marketing efforts.- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads policies, trends, and tools.

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.- 0-3 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a proven track record of success.- Google Ads certification (preferred).- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytical tools.- Strong understanding of PPC strategies, SEO principles, and audience targeting.- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
