We at OptCulture are seeking an experienced executive to assist our clients configure, send, and deliver digital direct marketing campaigns to end consumers. These campaigns can be emails, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications or through other channels.
The responsibilities are as follows: The key deliverable is high campaign ROI for our clients, which includes improving delivery, open, and click rates.
Customer OnboardingEnsure all steps are followed for smooth onboarding of customers, including:Creating accounts in vendor systems as neededFor email, provide authentication protocol entries to clients and validate the same.Set up SMS, WhatsApp setting up Sender IDs, templates, phone numbers, DLT configurations as will be needed by Meta, telecom providers and medium owners.Coordinating with customer, delivery partner, and
technical team especially if the customer is using a new delivery partner.
Guide clients and internal teams to send high volume campaignsGuide client teams and internal OptCulture customer success teams on the know-how and methods to build reputation of sending domains and numbers to ensure high campaign delivery and ROI.For some indicated key accounts, execute the same.
Be knowledgeable of medium requirements and ensure adherenceKeep updated of delivery mechanisms, list hygiene mechanisms, reporting mechanisms, and requirements by systems which receive messages.Ensure knowledge is percolated within OptCultureEnsure the knowledge is made use of in the OptCulture suite of products
The ideal candidate is someone who wants to grow fast in their career, looking to manage running of critical product features (campaigns) with KPIs focusing on a global purview. We are looking for:Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, digital marketing, or a related field preferred. Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.Familiarity with ISP and Meta requirements and filtering mechanismsKnowledge of email compliance regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and experience ensuring compliance in email marketing campaigns.Proven problem-solving abilities, with a track record of troubleshooting delivery issues and implementing solutions to improve inbox placement.Continuous learning mindset, staying updated with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in email deliverability.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
