Job Summary

We are looking for a visionary and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organization with a strategic focus on sales growth, brand development, and market expansion. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to scale revenue, build high-performance teams, develop impactful marketing strategies, and forge strong client relationships. This role requires a dynamic leader who can analyse market trends, outmaneuver competition, and align cross-functional teams toward aggressive growth objectives.

Strategic Leadership

· Develop and execute the company's long-term vision with a strong emphasis on scaling sales and marketing operations.

· Drive revenue growth, market share, and customer acquisition through innovative sales strategies and GTM initiatives.

· Align the executive team and departments with clear KPIs, ensuring accountability and performance excellence.

Sales & Marketing Execution

· Lead brand strategy, marketing campaigns, and digital initiatives to increase visibility and lead generation.

· Collaborate with product, marketing, and finance teams to optimize ROI and align sales forecasts with financial targets.

· Leverage data analytics and CRM tools to track performance and inform strategic decisions.

· Cultivate and manage key client relationships, ensuring long-term loyalty and satisfaction.

· Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through proactive networking and market research.

· Establish strategic alliances and partnerships that support sustainable growth and innovation.

· Build and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.

· Champion cross-functional collaboration with departments such as product development, operations, and customer service.

· Lead with transparency, driving operational discipline and aligning teams with organizational goals.

· Continuously monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to stay ahead in the industry.

· Provide actionable insights to the board and senior leadership to guide product, pricing, and promotional decisions.

Qualifications

· Proven leadership experience as a CEO, CRO, CMO, or senior executive with strong emphasis on sales and marketing.

· Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence in B2B, B2C, or hybrid environments.

· Expertise in modern marketing tools, CRM systems, sales funnels, and performance analytics.

· Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities.

· Strong communication and organizational skills; experience leading large teams and complex projects.

o Post Graduate Program in Management (MBA)

o Engineering degree (preferably in Computer Science)

o Certifications in Digital Marketing & Analytics (preferred)

· P&L Ownership & Revenue Management

· Route-to-Market (RTM) & Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy Execution

· General Trade, Modern Trade, and E-commerce Channel Management

· Key Account Management & Joint Business Planning (JBP)

· Distributor Network & ROI Optimization

· Shopper Marketing & Trade Promotions

· Pack-Price & Assortment Strategy

· Secondary Sales Tracking & Claims Management

· In-store Execution & Retail Governance

· Demand Forecasting & S&OP Alignment

· Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Strategic Project Execution & Stakeholder Engagement

Client & Business Development

· Build and nurture long-term client partnerships and key accounts.

· Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering customized, strategic solutions.

· Drive business development by identifying and pursuing new market segments.
