What You Will Do:As a Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Specialist for our client, you will drive product growth through data-informed optimisations. You'll work closely with the Product, Growth Marketing, Design and Engineering teams to develop strategies and implement high-impact changes. You'll manage projects for clients across different industries, balancing product features with user needs and business goals.You will analyse data to identify growth opportunities and create a prioritised backlog of experiments. Collaborating with design and development teams, you'll execute these experiments and track their results to refine strategies and inform future optimisations.
Role type:
Fully remote (3pm - 12am IST)
Salary range:
₹15L - ₹20L per year
Responsibilities:Analyse data and conduct user research to uncover insights and identify optimisation areas for client websites and digital products.Create and maintain a prioritised backlog of growth experiments based on potential ROI and client goals.Collaborate with design, development, and other teams to efficiently execute prioritised experiments.Evaluate experiment outcomes, report results, and iterate on successful optimisations for continuous improvement.Contribute strategic insights to broader product decisions, shaping overall growth strategies for client projects.Stay updated with the latest trends in growth product management, experimentation, and optimisation techniques, and apply best practices to your work.
What We're Looking For:ExperienceBachelor's degree (or proof of high fluid intelligence)3+ years experience in Product, Growth Marketing, CRO or a related fieldStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable growth initiativesCreative problem-solving skills to identify growth opportunities and design experimentsProficiency in analytics and testing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Daasity, ABTasty, Intelligems, and Convert) for gathering insights and driving product and growth experiments.Excellent communication skills to align stakeholders with growth objectivesExperience in marketing, product development, and enhancing e-commerce user experiences to drive product's market fitSkillsSelf-directed and collaborative person who knows how to prioritise and execute tasksThrives in an entrepreneurial company and desires to drive immediate resultsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsQuick and proactive learnerHigh EQData-driven approach to decision-making
