We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist with expertise in Keka HRMS to manage and oversee payroll processing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll execution, compliance with statutory requirements, and maintaining payroll records within the Keka HRMS platform. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of payroll laws and regulations.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Process and manage payroll operations using Keka HRMS, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain employee payroll records, including earnings, deductions, bonuses, and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory laws and regulations related to payroll, including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other labor laws.
  • Handle payroll queries from employees and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
  • Generate payroll reports and analytics to provide insights for management.
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for accurate payroll processing.
  • Process salary revisions, incentive payouts, and other compensation adjustments.
  • Assist in payroll audits and compliance checks.
  • Stay updated with changes in payroll legislation and tax regulations.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in payroll processing and HRMS operations, with hands-on expertise in Keka HRMS.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll tax laws, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll reporting.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
