  • Ensure smooth functioning of both Vasai manufacturing works.
  • Drive production efficiency and adherence to delivery timelines.
  • Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
  • Oversee quality control and testing processes.
  • Lead workforce planning, training, and retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with R&D for product innovation and improvement.
  • Monitor inventory, procurement, and cost control.
  • Ensure safety, environmental, and occupational health standards.
  • Support execution of works contracts and AMC projects.
  • Achieve KPIs such as production output, defect rates, and delivery performance.
