As a Graduate Researcher Teaching Fellow, you will: Deliver and provide innovative & effective teaching practices to enhance student success and engagement, while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement. Contribute to the development of high-quality learning materials, activities, and assessments, working collaboratively with the Unit Chair and teaching team to support curriculum innovation. Integrate industry, clinical, and research practices into student learning experiences, ensuring relevance and practical application of knowledge. Provide constructive feedback on student performance using clear assessment criteria, and actively contribute to moderation processes to ensure consistency and quality. Engage in professional development opportunities, maintain a commitment to educational excellence, and contribute to the School’s teaching, scholarship, and pedagogical research activities.
