Tutedude is an innovative e-learning platform founded by IIT Delhi alumni. We offer self-paced courses complemented by 1:1 live doubt-solving and personal mentorship. Our platform uniquely combines the flexibility of recorded sessions with the motivational aspects of live lectures, complete with gamification and rewards to enhance learning and course completion rates. We strive to create an engaging and personalized learning experience for our users.
Role Description
Source creators:
Continuously discover, shortlist, and onboard new creators across Instagram/YouTube/LinkedIn.
User persona research:
Turn audience research into clear briefs and talking points for scripts.
Creator management:
Own relationships, calendars, deliverables, and
payments
with simple, auditable tracking.
Content ops:
Share scripts regularly, collect outputs, name files properly, and upload videos to structured Google Drive folders.
Write scripts:
Draft high-converting short-form scripts yourself when needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Writing, Creative Writing, and Web Content Writing
- Experience in creating Content Strategy and conducting Research
- Strong skills in Proofreading and Editing
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Content Marketing techniques
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Experience with multimedia content creation is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field is preferred
